Octavian Badescu is the creator of Trust Capital Index™ and the architect of its scoring methodology. He designed the six-dimension trust framework, the score stabilization mechanism, the TCI Transparency Standard™, and the overall analytical infrastructure that powers the platform.
As the author of the TCI Methodology Whitepaper and the public voice of the standard, Octavian ensures that Trust Capital Index™ remains a neutral, algorithmically driven framework — free from editorial discretion, commercial influence, or subjective bias.
His role as guarantor of neutrality means that no rating is ever influenced by personal relationships, payment, or external pressure. Every score is computed by the same formula, applied equally to every entity.
